This tablet press machine is an automatic continuous rotary tablet press machine. Main structure and working principle:

1.Upper press wheel mechanism:

Pressure roller mechanism is composed of a roof and upper pressure wheel box, using modular structure, the middle is provided with a fixed spindle bearing, pressing wheel and pressing wheel shaft with roller bearing, axle pressure and pressure wheel box is provided with a needle roller bearing with grease lubrication.
2. The upper track mechanism:The upper track mechanism is composed of the track plate and pull down rail and rail track, track plate is arranged on the upper plate, track for track on a cylindrical cam is thrusting rod motion, punch and rail friction lubricated by lubricating pump timing and quantitative oil lubrication.
3. Turntable mechanism:The turntable is the main actuators of the equipment, on the plate of turntable are punch moulds evenly spread, strut by 5 bearings, turbine on the bottom, the motor drives the worm to rotate the worm gear so that rotation of the main spindle, drives the turntable to rotating work.
4. Filling in track:
The filling in track is used to adjust the weight of the tablet, it consists of a pair of worm wheels and a pair of screw, worm wheel drive the worm runs up and down, so that the filling in track which is on the top of worm shaft moves up and down to adjust the change of filling weight, the filling quantity displays by a hand wheel scale.
5. Feeding and sucking powder nozzle mechanism:Barrel conical bottom hopper to month shape grid type feeder, for the feeding roller press, as a result of feeder and turn table is close(0.03-0.01); the turntable rotates the table without powder, the hopper feeder is composed of a hopper valve control, behind table is arranged a powder nozzle, it can suck the small amount powder on the table.

6. The fuselage and driving:

The fuselage is composed of a bottom plate and front and rear side plates, up to the 04 parts of the plate and the main body, rotary spindle is composed of a main body extending to worm gear box, under the main shaft extension of a worm gear, linked with worm, motor drives the worm to rotate the worm gear, made the spindle rotate, motor is mounted on the adjustable motor board to adjust the belt tension.
